With the continuous evolution of the gadgetworld today, like Smart Evolution, LG Philippines will release their new flagship Superphone, the LG Optimus 2X next month, although they did not give an exact release date but they’re already preparing for the nationwide launch this May 2011.

It’s not yet clear if they will upgrade it to Gingerbread out of the box. Price has yet to be known. And yes, it has 8MP camera at the back and 1.3MP camera in front.
Interestingly, Samsung will also launch the Galaxy S2 next month. That should be an interesting battle between the two.
